SHIPPING

• All “Ready to Ship” products will be dispatched from our production house in 2-3 working days.
• Made-to-order products will take a minimum of 7 working days to dispatch.
• All our products are carefully packed to ensure no damage in transit.
• Our logistics partners are Delhivery, FedEx and India Post. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number and the link to track the product will be shared via email.
• Delivery timelines vary from region to region. However, most of our products take 7 to 10 working days to reach India and 3 weeks to reach countries outside India.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• We strive to showcase the most appropriate product images, ensuring every detail of the product is visible.
• We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. If you need to return a product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can initiate the return and refund process.!
• If 7 days have passed, the order will be marked as closed, and no returns will be initiated.
• The paid amount would be deposited in your opted payment method in 5-7 business days.
• While returning the products, make sure to keep all the tags intact along with the gift (if any) which you might have received with your ordered product.
• Please keep in mind that there may be slight differences in colour as the product.
